When Jamie Oliver first came onto the TV chef scene many years ago I took an instant dislike to him – in fact I can remember calling him a “fat tongued mockney wanker” on more than one occasion!
However over the years I’d mellowed to him quite considerably and in fact now own a few of his cook books. Besides he kind of got me on side with his School Dinners publicity stunt…
Then along came Jamie at Home… Jamie Oliver gets back to his roots and shows us how to get more out of Mother Nature, despite the fact that little Jamie Oliver grow up in a pub kitchen apparently making good old traditional pub grub…
